What does AccountMaster help with?

Our core services include tax accounting and preparation, financial planning, asset allocation, and retirement planning. We also support businesses with bookkeeping, payroll, financial statements, and consulting. Call us to discuss the combination of services that fits your situation.

Do you work with individuals as well as businesses?

Yes. AccountMaster serves individuals and families, along with businesses and other entities. Our tax preparation services include corporations, partnerships, LLCs, nonprofits, trusts, and estates. Tell us about your needs so we can discuss the right scope of work.

How do tax accounting and financial planning connect?

A tax return is one part of your financial picture. Your work, business, savings, investments, and retirement plans can raise related questions. We help bring those topics into a coordinated conversation and identify where more detailed advice is needed.

What is asset allocation?

Asset allocation means how investments are divided among categories such as stocks, bonds, and cash. A planning conversation considers your goals, time horizon, need for access to your money, and comfort with risk. No allocation guarantees a profit or prevents losses.

Can you help me prepare for retirement?

Yes. Retirement planning is one of our core areas. We can discuss your goals, expected income needs, available resources, and how retirement fits with your broader financial and tax picture. The next step is a personal conversation about your circumstances.

What if I am already retired?

Planning can continue after retirement. Changes in family needs, spending, investments, or tax circumstances may create new questions. Bring your current concerns and financial overview so we can discuss whether our services are a fit.

Do I need a large investment portfolio to start a conversation?

You can call us to discuss your situation and what you need help with. We will explain the relevant services, any applicable account requirements, and fees before you decide whether to move forward.

What should I bring to a first meeting?

Start with a list of your questions and goals. Depending on the appointment, recent tax returns, income documents, investment or retirement statements, and an overview of your business or household finances may be useful. Call first so we can tell you which documents are relevant.

Can you help with bookkeeping and payroll?

Yes. Services include QuickBooks data entry, reconciliation, bookkeeping, payroll calculations, direct deposit, and reporting. We also prepare financial statements and offer business consulting. Contact us to discuss your workflow and the support you need.

How do I get started, and what does it cost?

Call 724-22-TAXES and tell us what you would like help with. The scope and cost depend on the service and your circumstances. Ask for a clear explanation of fees, required documents, and next steps before engaging services.

How accurate is the tax calculator on this website?

It is a simplified 2026 federal ordinary-income tax estimate for single or joint filers using the basic standard deduction. It excludes credits, special deductions, capital gains, AMT, self-employment tax, and state or local taxes. It is not a tax return or refund estimate. A review of your actual situation is needed for personalized advice.

Does the calculator save or send my income?

The calculator runs in your browser. This calculator does not send your entered income to AccountMaster or store it in a client account.

What if AccountMaster is not the right fit for me?

Our Find Your Fit tool opens a Google Maps search for tax professionals in the city or ZIP code you enter. You can also use the IRS directory to look for preparers with listed credentials. External listings are not AccountMaster endorsements; check credentials, services, and fees directly.

How are investment services provided?

Securities are offered through Money Concepts Capital Corp., a FINRA and SIPC member. Account Master, Inc. is an independent firm and is not affiliated with Money Concepts Capital Corp. Ask which professional and firm will provide each service, and review their disclosures and credentials before engaging them.
